Ms. Mallory

Ballet and Lyrical Instructor

mallMs. Mallory is an experienced dancer and put on her first pair of ballet shoes at the age of three. She has also performed in many recitals, showcases, and competitions. Mallory continues to take top awards at Starsystems Dance Competition and Showbiz National Talent.

Ms. Mallory is known at DanceArt Studio for her beautiful grace and elegance. She is often referred to as the “ballerina”. She has a true love and passion for ballet and pointe.

Studying under phenomenal choreographers such as Kristin Sudeikis, Kirsten Russell, Carisa McMillan, Barbara Long, Margaret Jones, Holly Crosby, and Justin Faircloth, has given Ms. Mallory opportunities to grow, master, and succeed as a dancer and instructor. Ms. Jen Waldon has contributed and molded Malory’s clean, crisp technique through the years.

During Mallory’s time at West Johnston and at Cleveland Middle School Mallory has received many awards an daccolades for her academic achievements. A member of Beta Club and National Honor Society, Mallory has accomplished being top in her class. She has received awards for top-rank in French III, Advanced Functions and Modelings, Dance, History and Art. Not only does she maintain a high rank, but when not studying, dancing, or teaching dance, Mallory often volunteers and contributes to her community. She has nominated and currently serves both on Youth Council and Mission Team at Mt Zion UMC. Through both dance and church she has helped homeless and those less fortunate by serving locally as well as traveling the last five summers to aide those in need.

Ms. Mallory has a gentle and kind spirit. Always offering kind words to her students and encouraging each student that walks in her class. Her positivity is contagious and students that take her class fall in love with dance.

mal-againMs. Mallory not only offers a class full of movement but likes to incorporate educating students on the “terms”, “spelling”, and “meaning” behind the steps. Her students leave the season with a vocabulary of dance steps. She believes in educating them so that they know what they are learning, why, and how! Be ready for a class full of learning with Ms. Mallory!
